Returns: Items are eligible for return within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

We strictly do not allow any drop offs or collections at our address.
All return or exchange parcels must be sent via a registered courier service (Uber does not qualify). We also require a valid tracking number within 3 calendar days of requesting a return or exchange so that our team knows to expect your parcel.
Sundae Best requires approximately 3 working days to process your order.
Thereafter:
- Durban deliveries: approximately 1–2 working days
- Nationwide deliveries: approximately 2–3 working days
Please note that during sale periods, launches, or high-volume collection drops, processing and dispatch times may be extended.
Once your order has been placed successfully, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that we have received your order. This email will include your order number.
Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email confirming that your order is on its way.

However, we have worked hard to make our exchange process as seamless and stress free as possible.

Yes, we do.
We currently offer Payflex at checkout, allowing you to split your payment into interest-free instalments.
To best preserve the quality and lifespan of your garment, we recommend:
- Hand washing your garments where possible
- Air drying only
- Avoiding fabric softener
- Avoiding excessive heat exposure
Like all premium garments, activewear requires proper care and rest between wears in order to maintain its shape, stretch, and overall longevity.
Care Instructions:
- Wipe clean using a soft cloth with mild soap and water
- Do not soak or submerge the mat in water
- Do not machine wash or tumble dry
- Allow the mat to air dry fully before rolling or storing
- Store rolled loosely in a cool, dry area away from direct sunlight

Please note that fit preference may vary from person to person depending on how compressive or relaxed you prefer your garments to feel.

However, some launches, colours, or collections may be limited edition and may not return once sold out.

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to change, amend, or cancel the order as our team begins processing orders immediately.
Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, delivery timelines fall within the courier provider’s control.
Whilst we will always try our best to assist, Sundae Best cannot be held liable for courier delays, weather disruptions, strike action, or unforeseen logistical delays once the parcel has been dispatched.

Yes. Whilst we try our absolute best to display our products accurately, slight colour variations may occur due to lighting, editing, screen settings, and production batches.
