Do you offer returns and/or exchanges?

Yes, we certainly do.

Returns: Items are eligible for return within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Exchanges: Items are eligible for exchange within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Do you have a drop off or collection point?

We strictly do not allow any drop offs or collections at our address.

All return or exchange parcels must be sent via a registered courier service (Uber does not qualify). We also require a valid tracking number within 3 calendar days of requesting a return or exchange so that our team knows to expect your parcel.

How long does delivery take?

Sundae Best requires approximately 3 working days to process your order.

Thereafter:

  • Durban deliveries: approximately 1–2 working days
  • Nationwide deliveries: approximately 2–3 working days

Please note that during sale periods, launches, or high-volume collection drops, processing and dispatch times may be extended.

How do I know my order has been placed successfully?

Once your order has been placed successfully, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that we have received your order. This email will include your order number.

Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email confirming that your order is on its way.

If you do not receive an email, it is likely that an incorrect email address was entered at checkout. Kindly contact us at info@sundaeactive.com and our team will gladly assist you.

Am I able to view your clothing in person?

Sundae Best is currently a fully e-commerce based brand.

However, we have worked hard to make our exchange process as seamless and stress free as possible.

If you would still prefer to shop with us in person, Sundae Best pops up at selected locations nationwide throughout the year. Keep an eye on our social media pages for upcoming pop up announcements and event details.

Do you offer lay-bys or payment plans?

Yes, we do.

We currently offer Payflex at checkout, allowing you to split your payment into interest-free instalments.

How do I preserve the lifespan of my garment?

To best preserve the quality and lifespan of your garment, we recommend:

  • Hand washing your garments where possible
  • Air drying only
  • Avoiding fabric softener
  • Avoiding excessive heat exposure

Like all premium garments, activewear requires proper care and rest between wears in order to maintain its shape, stretch, and overall longevity.

How do I care for my yoga mat?

Care Instructions:

  • Wipe clean using a soft cloth with mild soap and water
  • Do not soak or submerge the mat in water
  • Do not machine wash or tumble dry
  • Allow the mat to air dry fully before rolling or storing
  • Store rolled loosely in a cool, dry area away from direct sunlight

What size should I purchase?

We recommend referring to our size guide before placing your order.

If you are between sizes or unsure about your fit, feel free to contact our team prior to purchasing and we will gladly assist where possible.

Please note that fit preference may vary from person to person depending on how compressive or relaxed you prefer your garments to feel.

Will sold out items be restocked?

Selected items may be restocked depending on demand and production availability.

However, some launches, colours, or collections may be limited edition and may not return once sold out.

We recommend signing up for restock notifications where available and following our social media pages for updates.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to change, amend, or cancel the order as our team begins processing orders immediately.

What happens if my parcel is delayed?

Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, delivery timelines fall within the courier provider’s control.

Whilst we will always try our best to assist, Sundae Best cannot be held liable for courier delays, weather disruptions, strike action, or unforeseen logistical delays once the parcel has been dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?

At this stage, Sundae Best primarily services South Africa.

My item looks slightly different from the online images. Is this normal?

Yes. Whilst we try our absolute best to display our products accurately, slight colour variations may occur due to lighting, editing, screen settings, and production batches.

Minor variations between garments are considered normal and form part of the natural manufacturing process.
