How much is the Delivery?
We offer free delivery on all orders over R1800.00 ZAR
Standard delivery charge R100.00
How do I know my order is placed?
You will receive a confirmation email stating that we have received your order. This email will include an order number. Once your order is shipped, you will be sent a shipping confirmation email that states your order is complete.
How long does delivery take?
Sundae best requires a maximum of three working days to process your order. Thereafter, local (durban) orders take 2 working
days for courier delivery. Nationwide orders require 3-4 working days for delivery.
In the event that you require your order urgently, Kindly reach out to us via email or Instagram to enquire about the possibility
of processing your order faster.
Can I collect my order?
Unfortunately, Sundae Best only delivers via courier. We will not be able to fulfil any collections.
What is your returns policy?
Our returns policy is as follows:
-We offer returns
-Returns must be made within seven days from the delivery date
-All merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with the original hangtags attached
-Sundae Best must have confirmed acceptance of the return prior to the garment
returned to us
-Order number (online purchase) or proof of payment (pop up purchase) must
accompany the return request
-All garments are subject to inspection
Note: All sale items will not be accepted for return. Sundae Best reserves the right
to refuse a return based on company discretion
How do I return my online order?
Kindly contact Sundae Best via a legitimate channel of communication: Email or Instagram DM
Once we confirm the return, you are liable to arrange a courier to return the parcel to us. We will provide you with a return address.
Please note, if you are arranging your own courier for a return- you have 3 working days within which you are required to send us the tracking number of your parcel. You are required to also advise us when to expect
the parcel.
Alternatively, we are able to quote you for a courier collection. Once the quotation is agreed upon, you are liable to pay for the courier and we will allocate a collection date and send you the waybill.
Please package your parcel in a flyer bag and attach the waybill.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, we certainly do! You may either exchange your product for another item in stock, or for a store credit.
Our exchange policy is as follows:

- Exchanges must be made within fourteen days from the delivery date
- All merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with
the original hang tags attached
- Sundae Best must have confirmed acceptance of the
exchange prior to the garment returned to us
- Order number (online purchase) or proof of payment (pop up purchase) must accompany the exchange request
- All garments are subject to inspection
Note: All sale items will not be accepted for exchange. Sundae Best reserves the right to refuse an exchange based on company

If you are arranging your own courier for an exchange,
you have five working days within which you are required to send us the tracking number of your parcel.
You are required to also advise us when to expect the parcel.
How do I preserve the life span of my garment?
Clothing, especially leggings, are delicate - they deserve extra love and care.
You may wash your leggings in a washing machine, provided that you choose the delicate/gentle care option. We recommend washing all your gym wear together (separated by shades), and not mixing too many fabrics.
Wash your gym wear with a specific detergent made for sportswear - your detergent should not have fabric softener as this will result in loss of shape and hold of the fabric
Never dry your legging in a tumble dryer. For best results, we recommend air drying your garments by laying them flat. Alternatively, carefully placing them onto a clothing rack (where it will not snag or require pegs to hold them). If possible, use your leggings 2-3 times before washing them. With any clothing, life span is decreased by repeated washing.
Do you offer logo repairs?
- Of course! We believe in preserving the life span of our branding. We repair all Sundae Best logos, free of charge.
- If your item was purchased for us within six months,, we will collect and re-deliver your item at no charge.
- Thereafter, you are liable to send the product to us for repairs. However, the logo repair and re-delivery back to you, will be complimentary.
Am I able to view your clothing in person?
We are fully e-commerce based. However, Sundae Best pop’s up a few times a year at selected locations.
